2010 SOCCER STADIUMS: FREE STATE STADIUM

The Free State Stadium is home to some of the country's most fanatical group of supporters. The stadium was given a new look for the 2009 FIFA Confederations Cup and hosted the memorable semi-final match between Spain and USA - Spain had to pack their backs after this match!

The Stadium was upgraded to a capacity of 45,000, and has hosted numerous major football and rugby union matches and can be found on coordinates 29⁰07'02.10"S and 26⁰12'32.05"E.
